Page one , includes simple questions regarding the painting and using thinking skills to record pupils thoughts about painting & page two is a simple drawing frame for pupils to practice missing colours to help recreate Vincent Van Gogh’s style.
I would normally blow up sheets to A3 for use in oil pastels with the focus on being able to mix the media together and perhaps paint over the top or use collaged pieces of tissue paper.
Set of worksheets to help aid the exploration of the work of Roy Lichtenstein & his use of onomatopoeia in his art work.
Templates of various bubbles, actions lines and onomatopoeia words which will help students identify lines to words and put together to make their own POP art inspired word art.
Students are introduced to his work, short comprehension, and design aid tasks which lead to pupils designing a Roy Lichtenstein onomatopoeia words.

These sheets encourage students to see the links between colour theory and emotions. Students are encouraged to match emotions to the colours they ultimately use in their artwork, making for very personal outcome. \Sheets are excelent when enlarged to A3 size.
This is a resource that I use to extend pupils learning of famous buildings from around the world.
It includes a selection of printable images of famous buildings along with pre made labels to allow pupils to sort and match the pictures with the names of the buildings.
The resource includes two worksheets. The first is a matching activity and the second worksheet is a research frame for pupils to go online and research a famous building along with facts.
I normally use this as an extension into the work of Hundertwasser and allow the pupils to re-design a famous building using Hundertwassers quirky style.
This is also useful as a Geography task as an online research frame for younger pupils.

This is a three page resource which guides students to think about various environmental issues and to design a stamp in Hundertwassers style, taking inspiration from Hundertwassers own stamp designs.
There is a research page with some inspiration from Hundertwassers own stamps designs and a stamp template which the students can draw straight onto.

This is a resource designed for use in conjunction with learning on Henry VIII & the Tudors.
It focuses on the story of Holbein painting a portrait of Henry VIII potential fourth wife, painting her prettier than she was and the aftermath of the filtered portrait.
Very contemporary when thinking about todays filtering and photoshopping and pupils love the story and its contemporary themes which bring Henry VIII more to life.
There is a link to a BBC clip in which actors play out the story in a fun way and these sheets also complement this clip but are not necessary for their use.
Includes outline of story, a literacy task, and a story board activity as well as character matching and a differentiated way of putting the story in order.
These sheets are useful alongside some other resources in my resources including a blanked out portrait in which pupils can paint over Henry VII & Anne of Cleaves portrait and a Henry VIII art Detective clues sheet looking in depth at his portrait and what the portrait said about Henry VIII.
I have separated these sheets as these could be used as a stand alone history or literacy task. This story also works brilliantly as a drama sequence.
There are also display banners in publisher available for a ready made wall display alongside captions and a large scale Henry Portrait already transferred to Publisher for easy construction on my other resources.
